Pendik Belediyesi Gen\u00e7lik ve Spor Hizmetleri M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen programda E\u011fitmen <strong>Sevilay Keskin<\/strong>, pandemi s\u00fcrecinde egzersizin \u00f6nemi ve faydalar\u0131 hususunda bilgi verdi. Egzersizin kolestrol\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmede etkisi, d\u00fczenli egzersizin di\u011fer hastal\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6nlemedeki rol\u00fc, pandemi s\u00fcrecinde egzersizin ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemine faydas\u0131 ve egzersizin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n hayatlar\u0131ndaki yeri gibi konular programda anlat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cD\u00fczenli egzersiz ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Egzersizin bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemede rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00f6zellikle pandemide en \u00e7ok dikkat edilmesi gereken ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi\u011fini dile getiren Sevilay Keskin: \u201cEgzersiz yapmak kandaki iyi ve k\u00f6t\u00fc kolestrol\u00fc dengeler. \u0130yi kolestrol\u00fc v\u00fccudumuzda y\u00fckseltebilecek \u015feylerden biri beslenme, di\u011feri ise devam eden s\u00fcrekli olan egzersizdir. Basit egzersizlerle beynin aktif edilmemi\u015f noktalar\u0131n\u0131 aktive edebiliriz.
